Should the Minnesota Wild change their name to the North Stars? - minnesota name change
I've never been to Minnesota, but I'm a hockey fan and I always loved the North Stars. Now that the NHL is back with the Minnesota Wild, I wondered what the fans of other hockey in Minnesota in particular, feel about it.

No, who died in North Star and his team history Norm Greed, when his bags and moved in 1993. At the same time, we lost a fan apathy (terrible trades and projects in the 1980s), and we lost a professional hockey player for 7 seasons.
On the positive side we have the best stadium in the NHL have (when the North Stars were the best, he has met playing in shit Target Center), a new generation of fans who were too young to remember how bad manage the 'information age.
The savage is not only a first-class organization in its short history - and to be back, not the mistakes of the past - a new name and identity is not required (outside of Dallas' s has never given up the rights to the name ).
I think it is a problem that prevents them from switching brands. Unless Dallas never move and change its name and the name of the "stars" are available. I also think that game is good logo
Yes ..... but I do not live in Minnesota, so I consider his opinion about them:)
The only problem is, can not legally change its name to North Star. When the North Stars moved to Dallas, was changed to "Stars," was the brand name of the team with them. I think the new franchise in Minnesota could have bought the brand, but not.
I remember when the North Stars is back in the day, how poor they were at the door! (And even now sell preseason game.) Center meets old green seats, black seats, white seats, all in the lower sand scattered. And I realized, too, because people sitting in them. The place does not even 15,000, and could not fill. The broadcasters have complained that the games of the school where national championships are played SRO crowds, but the North Stars were usually about 5,000 shy away from a home cooked meal.
No reason, then we have the Dallas Stars and Minnesota North Stars, along with the not the same organization as the North Stars left. I can not.
I think they should keep the name of nature. Like many others said it was a question mark, too.
Nobody mentioned that the Atlanta Thrashers itself the "flames" calls again ... I do not think that he like to Calgary:)
