How To Get Purple Primer Off Vinal How Do I Paint My Room?

How do I paint my room? - how to get purple primer off vinal

I rented a room with a coat on top of each (Imagine white / green color and then someone painted deep purple paint on top). Now, the purple color faded places, if they something hard (hit like a chair, when suddenly, the image is lost).

How can white paint? Am I obligated to use a primer, or remove old paint first? Can I paint?

Thank you.

It seems to have to go to the areas where the paint is like putty ... right product is at The Home Depot Drydex available. Then, a first and probably at least 2 layers, then a good painting.

You absolutely need a textbook not only cover the old color, but because the latex paint can may be the oil. The paint directly over the old paint can be devastating when it comes to oil - everything will fall.

As you say, you are a tenant. Paint the room is simple: just have to do the owner.
